Description
This course is designed for adult students who may have been out of school for a number of years, and who wish to refine their writing skills and review how to write effective paragraphs and essays before enrolling in senior English.
This course is not designed for English Language Learners who are not yet writing fluently in English. We have an ELL Level 3 course available for school-age students, but unfortunately, we are not currently funded to support Adult English Language Learners at SIDES.

This course consists of four units covering grammar review, paragraph writing, composing a narrative essay, and writing and presenting (via audio file) a persuasive speech.
